Please have the tree/s outside ready for collection.
Real christmas trees only, no fake trees.
All decorations and lights must be removed.
If leaving your tree in a communal area, please securely attach a label stating 'TO BE COLLECTED BY IT'S MOW TIME' so other households do not think it's been dumped and aren't tempted to add to the pile! It'll also help us be sure we're collecting the correct tree.
We are unable to come inside your home to remove the tree.
Card and online payment options available, including Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
Online payments for contact-free collections must be paid in advance.
£10 for 1 tree, £18 for 2 trees, and £25 for 3 trees. £8 per tree for 4 or more. Offer available from 5th Jan 2026 to 9th January 2026. After this, prices start from £12 per tree.
Unfortunately, we're unable to commit to a specific time slot, as our route is subject to change at any time. We therefore recommend using our online payment service, whereby a unique link is provided at time of booking and your tree is collected from outside your home.
Please inform us of any parking restrictions.
Price includes VAT. If you would like a VAT receipt, please let us know.
TIP: put a duvet cover over your tree to prevent needles dropping everywhere whilst you move it outside.
